Ziricote SJ
Just completed, This is the first ever Ziricote Olson. It features a German spruce top with a hint of bearclaw. Brazilian rosewood binding, top edge and end wedge. The rosette is maple inlaid in Brazilian rosewood. The headstock front and back are faced with Ziricote and bound with ebony. The “O” logo is MOP infilled with Ziricote. Gold Gotoh 510 tuners. Comes with a Calton deluxe flight case.

Brazilian “Beam” SJ cut-away
The Brazilian Rosewood in this guitar came from a salvaged architectural “beam” that Jim was able to purchase during a trip to Brazil. Old growth, straight grained and quarter sawn, it sports the characteristics many consider the “grail” of Brazilian. Mastergrade Cedar Top. Paua top edge, back center strip, and end wedge borders. Paua and Brazilian rosette. Optional Paua fingerboard and head stock edging. Brazilian head back veneer.
