“Black” Brazilian Rosewood SJ cut-away with an Italian Spruce top

A rare “Black” vertical straight grained Brazilian Rosewood SJ. This rare Rosewood was salvaged from lumber used to “crate” surveying equipment from an Army Corps of Engineer worker in the late 1940’s. The Italian Spruce top comes from “The Tree of Music” in Italy’s Fiemme Valley. Paua top edge, back center strip, and end wedge borders. Paua and Brazilian rosette. Optional Paua fingerboard and head stock edging. Matching “black” Brazilian head veneers.
